The LGBTQ Center of the Cape Fear Coast, formerly the Frank Harr Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) organization. We offer programming, advocacy, and outreach for the LGBTQ+ community and our allies in southeastern North Carolina.

The LGBTQ+ Center of the Cape Fear is proud of its affiliation with SAGE (Service and Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Elders).
SAGE Wilmington is a volunteer driven organization whose mission is to raise awareness of the concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ) elders in the Cape Fear region and to provide a voice.
